You Legal https://youlegal.com.au have a helpful article/blog post on Allied Health agreement types and specifically room rental models and information about subleases and I highly recommend anyone who is running a practise read it.

With the upcoming changes to payday super and also the confusion that often surrounds superannuation obligations for contractors, lots of small businesses and allied health practices are reviewing other agreement types including administration services agreements and room rental models that are different to a standard contracting arrangement and depending on the unique arrangement, might not have superannuation obligations needing to be paid.
