SIRA NSW Psychology & Allied health Fees order Feb 2025

SIRA has released the new NSW 2025 fees order and session rates for NSW WorkCover psychology and counselling clients. Initial consultation PSY001 and PSY301 rates are now $135.80 per 30mins (60min session $271.60 compared to 2024 rates of $259.90) and Subsequent PSY002 and PSY302 consultation sessions are now $113.40 per 30mins (60min session $226.80 compared to 2024 rates of $217). For other session types:

• PSY003 Report writing has increased to $18.90 (+GST)/5 minutes

• PSY004 Case conference has increased to $18.90 (+GST)/5 minutes

• WCO005 Fees for providing copies of clinical notes/record $s43.30 (for <33 pg) Ex GST

  OAS003 Submission of an initial Allied Health Treatment Request (AHTR) $44.10 Ex GST
